What makes you different?

You need to look at your business and find something you will do:

  • Faster
  • Friendlier
  • More efficiently etc.

If you cannot find something unique, ask your customers why they buy from you.  Once you know what makes you different, use it in your marketing:

  • “We deliver on time, every time”.
  • “Same-day delivery, guaranteed.”
  • “Money-back guarantee” etc.

Customers have many options as to where they can buy their products or services.  You need to make sure you give them a good reason to buy from you!
