An old business maxim goes ‘sales solves all’ and it still holds true. Revenue is what will sustain the other aspects of your businesss and drive profits which is an important catalyst for growth.

  1. Spend 2/3 of your time on existing clients and 1/3 of your time on getting new clients

  2. Thanks for the heads up! One important factor is that you never sell on price. Being the low price provider is a quick ticket to financial disaster for most businesses. Customers who buy based on price will not be loyal. The minute a better price is offered, they’ll jump ship. And, you’ll never be able to offer the best price long term. Another business will inevitably have a better system or lower cost – or the owner is too stupid to actually know his cost and sells below it. It’s a no win scenario. Alameda County
